Refund Policy

  • No direct refund policy : Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. 
  • Exceptions : In case of incorrect product shipped by the store, damaged on received, or defects, a refund on return request must be made within 2 days of delivery.
  • To raise a refund request, please contact us by using the contact option from the home page of online store or send an email at denbusinesses@zohomail.in
  • The maximum return window for a product would be 5 days from the date of delivery and after that no returns are accepted for any issues.

Replacement and returns

  • For eligible refund or replacement request, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and the return should be made within 2 days after approval. 
  • Return shipping charges will be levied up on customer unless otherwise agreed upon. 
  • If the return is made because of defects or damage, no return shipping charges will be taken, otherwise 10% of product cost is taken as return charges.
