Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
• Some orders may take 4-5 business days due to:
  • High order volume
  • Printing complexity
  • Quality control checks
  • Equipment maintenance or unexpected delays

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination:

Domestic Shipping (Within India):

• Standard shipping: 2-14 business days
• Rush shipping (Additional Charge): 1-3 business days

International Shipping:

• Standard delivery: 6-24 business days (depending on the country)

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges will be shown up on order placement in checkout. 

Tracking & Notifications

• After shipping, a tracking link is provided via email and dashboard.
• Contact us from the home page chat button for timely updates on the product shipment. 

Undelivered Orders & RTO Handling

• If an order is undelivered due to an incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts, or refusal by the customer, it will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
• In such situations, a refund will be issued up on receiving the item back in our inventory. 

Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered the processing stage.
• Store reserves the right to cancel an order due to:
  • Unavailability of stock to fulfill to your location
  • Payment failure
  • Violation of policies
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

Special Notes on Shipping

• Multiple Orders: Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately based on stock availability.
